Asset Recovery Representative

HUE & CRY Security Systems, a leader in Commercial and Residential Burglar and Fire Alarms, is currently seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Asset Recovery Representative. This position is in our corporate office in Anderson, CA.

Tasks will include account research, incoming calls, calling customers with past due accounts and arranging payments. Other tasks may include return mail, bankruptcy processing, closing accounts and plus duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to work as part of a team. The ability to follow instructions while working efficiently and completing tasks in a timely manner are also required.

-Must be proficient in -- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet
-Knowledge of Micro-Key, an industry specific software, is a definite plus
-Must: type 40 wpm, file, good with numbers, positive attitude, good P.R.
-Need to be well organized and be able to implement new policies & procedures as given
-Have good time management skills in order to meet deadlines
Employee must be able to perform data entry on personal computer for long periods of time, up to eight (8) hours and must be able to sit for long periods of time, up to eight (8) hours. Employee must be able to pass a FBI and DOJ background check.Asset Recovery Representative
